Catalog management ensures that the product and pricing catalog is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to sales teams and billing systems. A well-maintained catalog reduces quoting errors and speeds up the sales process.

Example: A SaaS company manages a product catalog with 12 base plans, 30 add-ons, and 5 currencies. When a new feature is launched, catalog management ensures the new SKU is available in the CPQ tool and billing system simultaneously.
