What is billing rate ?

A billing rate is the price charged per unit of usage, time, or service delivered.

A billing rate is the unit price used to calculate charges for a product or service. Rates can be fixed, tiered, or dynamic depending on the pricing model.

Example: A cloud platform sets a billing rate of $0.02 per API call. A customer making 500,000 calls in a month is charged $10,000 based on this rate.
