What is XaaS ?
XaaS (Anything as a Service) refers to the broad delivery of products, tools, and technologies as subscription-based cloud services rather than on-premise software.
XaaS (Anything as a Service) is an umbrella term covering the delivery of virtually any IT capability over the internet as a subscription service. It includes SaaS (software), IaaS (infrastructure), PaaS (platform), and newer models like DaaS (data) and BPaaS (business processes).
Example: A company replaces its on-premise CRM, data warehouse, and HR system with Salesforce (SaaS), Snowflake (DaaS), and Workday (SaaS), fully embracing the XaaS model and eliminating the need to manage on-premise servers.
