What is customer health score ?

A customer health score is a composite metric that measures how likely a customer is to retain, expand, or churn based on usage and engagement signals.

Customer health score aggregates multiple behavioral signals, such as product usage frequency, feature adoption, support tickets, and NPS, into a single score that predicts whether a customer is thriving or at risk.

Example: A SaaS platform assigns each account a health score from 0 to 100. Accounts below 40 are flagged as at-risk and automatically assigned to a customer success manager for proactive outreach.
