What Hyperline’s HubSpot Integration Does
Hyperline extends HubSpot beyond customer engagement into billing and revenue operations.
- Bi-directional synchronization between HubSpot Companies and Hyperline Customers.
- Automatic creation of custom objects in HubSpot to mirror Hyperline entities such as quotes, subscriptions, invoices, and invoice line items.
- A native HubSpot card embedded in Company or Deal pages, allowing users to generate quotes, assign subscriptions, and manage invoices without leaving the CRM.
- Granular synchronization settings, with one-way or two-way sync, selective company syncing via a “Sync to Hyperline” flag, and data controls to keep both systems consistent.
1 How to Set Up the Integration
- In Hyperline, navigate to Settings → Integrations and click Connect for HubSpot.
- Authorize Hyperline to access your HubSpot instance through OAuth.
- Hyperline automatically creates the required custom objects and fields in HubSpot (available with HubSpot Enterprise plans).
- The HubSpot card is installed automatically and becomes visible in Company and Deal views.
- Configure your synchronization rules: choose one-way or two-way sync, and select which companies should be included in the sync.
Customers or companies created before the connection will not be synchronized automatically. You can use the “Send to HubSpot” or “Re-synchronize” options in Hyperline to update them.
2 What Your Teams Can Do After Integration
- Sales teams can create and update quotes, assign subscriptions, and issue invoices directly inside HubSpot via the embedded card.
- Finance and operations gain access to live subscription and invoice data synced into HubSpot, making reporting and reconciliation smoother.
- Cross-team alignment improves, as HubSpot becomes the unified interface where all deal, billing, and subscription information is available.
3 Best Practices & Considerations
To make the most of the integration:
- Verify that your HubSpot plan supports custom objects, as they are required for subscriptions, invoices, and quotes.
- Avoid modifying or deleting Hyperline’s custom objects in HubSpot, as this could disrupt synchronization.
- Use the “hyperline_id” field on HubSpot Companies when linking existing records to prevent duplicates.
- You can disconnect the integration at any time. Data already synchronized will remain in HubSpot
4 Example Sync Flow
- When you create a new Customer and Subscription in Hyperline, a new Company and Subscription object are automatically created in HubSpot (if sync is enabled).
- When you update a subscription or invoice in Hyperline, the corresponding object in HubSpot is updated in real time.
- When you create a quote inside the HubSpot widget, the quote is recorded in Hyperline and instantly visible in both systems.
- When you mark “Sync to Hyperline” on a HubSpot Company, that company is included in future synchronization.
