Franck Berthelot is the founder of Darix, a consulting firm specializing in CRM and Lead-to-Cash process auditing. Based in Paris, he helps companies optimize their revenue operations by connecting Salesforce-driven workflows across the full customer lifecycle.
Previously at Aircall as Manager and Business Systems Architect, he focused on quote-to-cash and revenue streams, helping finance and GTM teams build scalable systems. During this time, he notably built Aircall’s billing infrastructure from scratch to support the company’s growth.
With a background in operations consulting and partnerships with Salesforce-focused firms including Temn'co and CRM Dojo, Franck brings deep expertise in designing and auditing the commercial processes that underpin scalable revenue growth.
